Debbie Holland

Debbie2012-reBorn in Washington and raised most of her life in Idaho, Debbie came to know the Lord in college. Upon graduation from Boise State, she entered the corporate world where she was a well-respected woman in the telephone industry. She received several awards and accolad
es for computer programs she wrote, developed and helped implement throughout the United States.

Throughout the years, her love for the Lord and His Word grew and one of her greatest pleasures was to teach Children’s Church on the weekends. Her love of children, along with teaching the Word of God to them was her passion that she never thought would end.

In the mid 90’s Debbie was invited to a seminar where Nancy Missler was teaching “The Way of Agape”. The information that she learned through that study revolutionized her future. About the same time, the position that she had long held at the phone company was transferred to another state–she chose not to follow. She felt the Lord tugging on her heart to take a new direction in her life. Through a course of events, designed by God, she started teaching women’s Bible studies in her church and throughout North Idaho.

Nancy heard about Debbie’s teaching, discipling and counseling through women in the community. The Lord woke Nancy up one night and gave her Scripture that Debbie was to be by her side. Through a series of events, Debbie knew God had prepared her to come and be a “Joshua” with Nancy in ministry. After 16 years she is very happy in her role as director of The King’s High Way Ministries, an international ministry based in Hayden, Idaho. On November 11, 2015, Nancy Missler went home to be with the Lord. The torch has been passed on to Debbie, whose goal is to continue to teach, mentor, counsel and keep the messages going about God’s Love, God’s Truth and God’s Intimacy.

Debbie has a God-given gift of Biblical teaching coupled with humor to make God’s Word practical, understandable and relevant for the times we are living in. She also has mentored, counseled, and discipled many women over the years to a deeper faith and a more intimate walk with Christ, which is her passion.

Over the last 15 years, she has been blessed to teach at numerous retreats, seminars and conferences throughout the United States and is known for her enthusiasm, endeavoring to foster in those she teaches a more intimate walk with the Lord.

She currently resides in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with her husband, Dave. They’ve been married 41 years. She has two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, and a 6 year old grandson.

  2. Hi Debbie
I would like to thank you for the privilege I had sitting beneath you and listening to your teaching this past week end. It has changed my life.. I am a church secretary, thinking I was mature and had it together spiritually.. Wow, was I wrong. I am ashes, with s small stub of growth pushing up through the ashes. With this visual, I realize I have such a long way to go. Thank you for your obedience and sacrafice you have for our LORD. I will never forget your teachings. I purchased the “Way of Agape” and will be sharing it with a small group of women who have done this study about 8 or 9 years ago, however realize we need to do it again. Other than the book, what would you suggest us purchasing to help us truly realize where we should be. Love to you my new found friend, and give Lori a great hug for me.. She is precious!
